Your role will be essential in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods through our facility. You'll be involved in everything from receiving and stocking to picking and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktakes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, ensuring all aisles and workspaces are clear.
- Comply with all company policies, particularly those related to Safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all Lifting guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is crucial. Must be reliable and punctual. This position offers an hourly wage within the stated range, plus potential for overtime. We value our employees and provide a supportive work environment.
