Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Adhere to strict Safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents and ensure a secure environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is advantageous. Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and physical stamina. Must be comfortable with Lifting up to 60 lbs regularly. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all procedures. Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
