We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our Indianapolis, Indiana team. This role is key to managing the flow of goods within our facility, ensuring everything from receiving to shipping is handled with care and efficiency. You will perform a variety of tasks including stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, physically capable of required tasks including Lifting, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Follow all guidelines for product handling and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including regular Lifting.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with general logistics processes.
