We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in Dallas, Texas. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficient execution of logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity targets are met, maintaining a safe working environment, and implementing best practices. This role requires supervisory experience and involves some lifting.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for improved logistics.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Must be capable of occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
