Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process returns and manage returned inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs) and movement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company guidelines regarding PPE.
