Job Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in our logistics and supply chain by accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking products from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for shipment. A strong focus on Safety and attention to detail is crucial for success. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology to ensure accuracy and speed. We seek motivated individuals who are reliable and committed to providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Verify order accuracy and product codes.
  • Stage packed orders for outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Wear all required PPE consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
