We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our thriving logistics center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a fundamental role within our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are vital for maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates must comply with company safety policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The position requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and operating basic warehouse equipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare items for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and verification.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
