Exciting opportunity to work as a Picker/Packer in our Miami, Florida facility! This role is key to our logistics process, focusing on accurately preparing customer orders for shipment. We are searching for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Reading pick lists or order forms to locate and gather specified items.
- Using scanning equipment to track inventory accurately.
- Packaging items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verifying order accuracy before packaging and dispatch.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area to enhance efficiency.
- Following all safety guidelines and utilizing necessary PPE.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform regular lifting of up to 40 pounds. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial, but not required. We emphasize a strong safety culture and provide comprehensive training to ensure all employees understand and follow safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
