Job Summary:
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Durham, North Carolina! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our state-of-the-art fulfillment center. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work within a dedicated team, upholding high standards of efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-conscious, and capable of thriving in a busy warehouse environment. A commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence is expected. This position requires adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves physical tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial but not required; we provide training.   • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
