Become a vital part of our logistics network as a Warehouse Worker in Baltimore, Maryland. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our busy distribution center. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of warehouse safety is crucial, and adherence to all procedures is expected. You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as part of your daily duties. This role involves regular physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic logistics principles is a plus. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
