Job Summary:
Join our energetic fulfillment team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this multifaceted role, you will be essential to the efficient processing of customer orders, contributing directly to our logistics success. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for outbound logistics, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
