Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for outbound logistics, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
