We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Denver, Colorado. This role is integral to our logistics network, ensuring that our products are managed, picked, packed, and shipped with precision and speed. You will be part of a dedicated team working to meet customer demands in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory, accurately fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or manual pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring quality and protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
- This role requires regular Lifting of packages and materials, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory control principles.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical capacity for sustained standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
Your commitment to Safety and correct use of PPE is crucial. We are a key component of the regional logistics infrastructure.
