A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a meticulous approach to detail are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
  • Implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify items needing replenishment or adjustment.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and adjustments.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, as needed for inventory checks.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
  • Commitment to Safety and following established protocols.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
