Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
- Implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items needing replenishment or adjustment.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and adjustments.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, as needed for inventory checks.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
- Commitment to Safety and following established protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
