This essential role is responsible for accurately and efficiently gathering items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. You will navigate the warehouse, locate products using various methods (e.g., scanners, lists), and ensure items are packed securely and correctly. High accuracy and speed are key to meeting our service level agreements. This position is vital to our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Safety is paramount in all our activities; adherence to all safety guidelines and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual dexterity. You will be expected to perform moderate Lifting of packages, often weighing up to 40 lbs.
