Join our dynamic fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in San Francisco, California! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our growing e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping and receiving. This role is crucial to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the success of our logistics operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing warehouse technology and collaborating with a dedicated team. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. If you are a team player with a desire to excel in a growing logistics company, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to use RF scanning devices and other warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A dedication to workplace safety and efficiency.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
