Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from designated warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect items for defects or damage prior to packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection during shipping.
- Pack orders efficiently and neatly.
- Label all packages accurately for shipment.
- Stage packed orders in the designated shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and product labels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move repetitively throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of using PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
