Join Sushi Robots as a Technical Sales Representative (Remote/Aldershot – UK) Do you have a passion for Asian cuisine and an interest in robotics and automation? Would you enjoy supporting businesses in the hospitality industry with innovative, time-saving technology? Sushi Robots UK Ltd, (a subsidiary of Sushi Robots SAS France) is looking for an innovative-thinking and tech-savvy Sales Representative to help introduce our latest solutions to restaurants and food businesses across the UK. This role is primarily based at our Aldershot showroom, with additional remote working and occasional travel to support customers across the UK. About Us Since 2015, Sushi Robots SAS has been supporting Japanese restaurants and sushi producers across Europe as they scale and modernise their operations. Our mission is to deliver smart, reliable solutions for professional kitchens and food-production environments. What began with compact tabletop sushi-making robots, has grown into a full portfolio of industrial-scale production equipment and advanced automatic rice- cooking systems from Japan and Taiwan. As we celebrate more than 10 years of growth, we are continuing to expand our lineup with exciting new technologies, including * A patented deep-frying innovation that transforms kitchen efficiency * Our own automated miso-soup dispenser, developed in partnership with the leading Miso manufacturer in Japan. We are truly unique business – and we are looking for someone who will appreciate the originality of this role and embraces the challenge with curiosity, creativity, and a positive mindset. What We’re Looking For * A solution-oriented professional with an innovative mindset, skilled with * UK-based, and comfortable collaborating with colleagues across Europe * Experiences in B2B sales (hospitality or food-service experience is an advantage) * A proven track record of achieving sales targets * Advanced Microsoft Office skills — especially Excel — and a strong ability to analyse numerical data and produce accurate insights. * An excellent communicator with a natural PDCA approach to work and continuous improvement. The Role This is a remote position with regular work based from our showroom in Aldershot. You’ll act as the key point of contact for introducing our cutting-edge products to hospitality venues, restaurants, and food-production businesses across the UK. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Understand client needs and collaborate to deliver the right solutions * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers * Promote our products by demonstrating them in our showroom, online, and on-site where required * Work closely with our product and technical teams to support client projects. * Manage the full scales cycle, from first contact through to closing the deal, whilst maintaining and updating the CRM. * Be flexible with working hours when necessary, as some activities may fall outside standard business hours due to the nature of the role.
