As part of our Field Sales Team, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our doorstep delivery service while representing a trusted and respected local brand. About You Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative Positive outlook with a strong work ethic Full UK driving licence (essential) DBS check required (supported by the company)Hours, Pay & Benefits Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (includes travel time) Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Benefits: Enhanced pension (4.0% employee contribution; 4.5% employer contribution); claim healthcare costs back via Simply Health; brand new welfare facilities at Tewkesbury.
