À propos

We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive People Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our People Operations function. This role is ideal for someone with a natural sense of urgency who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in keeping people processes running smoothly.

You'll partner closely with People Ops, Talent, Finance, and cross-functional leaders to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through offboarding while maintaining accurate systems, documentation, and compliance as we scale.

What You'll Get to Do
  • Own and execute employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and internal transfers
  • Take full ownership of HR administrative workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all employee data and documentation
  • Independently manage background checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements with strong attention to detail
  • Support benefits administration, acting as a reliable point of contact for employee questions and changes
  • Prepare and audit data for payroll, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain and improve HRIS and People systems, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Finance, IT, and Legal, driving issues to resolution with minimal oversight
  • Own policy acknowledgements, documentation tracking, and audit readiness end-to-end
  • Support people programs, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
  • Identify gaps, document processes, and proactively recommend improvements to help People Ops scale efficiently
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Coordination
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you see work through from start to finish
  • Ability to work with autonomy, making sound decisions and escalating thoughtfully when needed
  • A proactive mindset with a natural sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working cross-functionally with employees and leaders at all levels
Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting international employees or contractors
  • Familiarity with multi-region employment compliance
  • Experience with benefits or payroll administration
  • Interest in growing into a broader People Ops Generalist or Specialist role
