*What You'll Do:*
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
* Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance
* Accurately document work using shop management software (Fullbay)
* Work independently or alongside a team on complex repairs
* Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
* Help mentor younger techs and contribute to a no-BS, results-driven culture
*What We're Looking For:*
* *5+ years* of hands-on experience as a diesel or heavy truck mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Familiarity with Cummins, Detroit, CAT, and aftertreatment systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
* Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license
* CDL is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
