HVAC/Sheet Metal Installer

We're looking for a full-time HVAC/Sheet Metal Installer to work with us in the Muskoka and Parry Sound region.

What you'll do

• Operate light metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, and punches.
• Submit drawings of duct fittings to suppliers for projects and estimating.
• Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
• Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Be lead hand on installation and have knowledge of all HVAC being installed.
• May prepare work estimates for clients.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail. Able to efficiently make decisions related to your job and responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Proactive in maintaining professional relationships that reflect the company's core values.
• Effective communication, training, and leadership skills. Able to manage and oversee those under your authority while also demonstrating a personal continuous learning attitude.
• Willing to travel to site appointments and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrate high integrity and moral values.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in the field or a Certificate of Qualifications or Red Seal
• Minimum of G3 Gas License.
• Hold a valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driving record.
