As a DC Associate, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks is critical to our operational success and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to maintaining a highly organized and secure facility. We place a strong emphasis on Safety, providing comprehensive training and equipping our associates with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items using scanning technology.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment, meeting quality standards.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Uphold strict Safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is beneficial. Must be capable of consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. A proven commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE. Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
