Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Prepare shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations and Safety.
Requirements:
Experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management is helpful. A strong emphasis on Safety in all work practices. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Must be able to work flexible schedules as needed.
