We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent tracking and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency and cleanliness.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operational goals and improvements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment. Strong understanding of logistics principles is a plus. Must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. A commitment to Safety is paramount. Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
