As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will encompass a wide range of activities, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing and stocking inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with general warehouse maintenance. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics hub. Ensuring a safe working environment is paramount; therefore, adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting techniques, is mandatory. We are looking for team players who are physically capable of performing the duties, which may involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and who possess a positive attitude. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not strictly required, as we offer thorough training. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products on warehouse shelves and in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (if trained and certified).
- Follow all Safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform duties involving regular Lifting and manual handling.
