Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipments. This position is vital for ensuring the seamless flow of products within our supply chain and supporting our overall Logistics efforts. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and organized working environment, and we require all team members to strictly adhere to our comprehensive Safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing tasks that involve significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and will be diligent in wearing the provided PPE . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Support overall Logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with PPE and warehouse Safety best practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is a plus.
