Our rapidly expanding warehouse in Columbus, Ohio, is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires a proactive attitude, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification provided if needed), accurately managing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a dedication to operational excellence in our Logistics hub. Successful candidates will be comfortable with regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and will strictly follow all Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Physical strength and stamina for frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and knowledge of PPE .
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
