We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our vibrant logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect all incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
  • Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
  • Ensure that all shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners regarding shipments.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations is required.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be safety-conscious and committed to following all safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
