Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Boise, Idaho! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our growing logistics operations. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from shelves, scanning products, and carefully packing them for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We value safety above all else and provide comprehensive training on proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to order sheets.
- Scan items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous picking or packing experience a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
