Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage locations accurately and efficiently.
- Pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, meeting quality standards.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** working environment.
- Strictly follow all **safety** guidelines and wear the designated **PPE**.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** network.
- Perform **lifting** tasks involving items up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory management activities like cycle counting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to **lift** and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Familiarity with **logistics** and inventory control concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
