Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team in Seattle, Washington, as a Fulfillment Associate! In this critical role, you will be instrumental in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your responsibilities will encompass picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other picking technologies.
  • Verify product accuracy against order details.
  • Assemble products, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Stage orders for shipment, ensuring they are ready for carrier pickup.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to all **safety** regulations and utilize required **PPE**.
  • Contribute to the overall **logistics** and supply chain process.
  • Perform **lifting** of items up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or **logistics** role is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in **lifting** and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding and adherence to **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
