We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to support our Logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our facility. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use all required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily Logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and wear mandated PPE.
