1. Develops content and strategy to support employee development at all career levels.
2. Trains instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for formal and informal employee training.
3. Manages training programs for leadership, peers, and committees across the organization.
4. Evaluates instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Plans, develops, and delivers training and staff development programs using various methods.
6. Captures and tracks training metrics for technical and leadership training.
7. Prepares annual training plans and budgets.
8. Partners with divisional leadership to identify training needs based on feedback and guest service goals.
9. Creates and distributes training materials, multimedia visual aids, and other educational resources.
10. Supports divisions with ongoing department-specific training.
11. Collaborates with peers to develop training strategies across Six Flags parks.
12. Supervises seasonal/part-time team members.
13. Assists the Human Resources division as needed.
14. Manages the operation of the employee store, ensuring uniform distribution, inventory, and employee purchase needs.
