Maintenance Office Assistant
Job Description:
The primary role of the Maintenance Office Assistant is to provide administrative support to the maintenance division. This includes performing receptionist duties, operating a two-way radio for communication with maintenance trades and supervision, and providing clerical support such as data entry, scanning, filing, and creating spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive visitors, directing them to the proper individual or department.
- Answer, screen and dispatch calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining daily call logs/work lists for all trades.
- Provide clerical support including but not limited to execution of documents in DocuSign scanning filling typing divisional correspondence creating spreadsheets sorting distributing mail coordinating events etc.
