What You’ll Do
* Assess patients’ needs and design personalized care plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions that improve independence and daily living skills.
* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other professionals to ensure well-rounded, patient-centered care.
* Document progress and outcomes accurately and clearly.
* Support and educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle changes.
* Participate in team meetings where your input is valued.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current Texas OT license (or eligibility).
* Experience in home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or outpatient therapy is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and Medicare standards.
* Familiarity with Kinnser EMR software is a plus.
* A passion for empowering patients—especially those with chronic illness and disabilities—to reach their highest potential.
