* Compensation: $150K-210K (based on experience) plus 20% production bonus. No negative accrual.
* Flexible 4 day work schedule, no on-call. The practice is open Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays.
* 3 weeks of PTO to start.
* Additional paid time off for CE with generous CE allowance.
* Reimbursement for AVMA/PLIT, CA licensing, and DEA licensing.
* Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

* Digital radiograph, digital dental radiograph, ultrasound, and in-house Idexx machines.
* Average caseload 10-15 patients/day, 30 min appointments, 1 hour lunch.

Juvo Veterinary Hospital is seeking multiple full-time and part-time associate veterinarians to join our team! Our company is privately- and women-owned and managed. We are a general practice regularly engaging in surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. We have a positive, collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork and is committed to practicing high-quality veterinary care. We maintain a supportive environment by looking out for each other's well-being and ensuring that we are all able to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Our goal is to have fun coming to work, while being able to provide the best patient care possible. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, efficient, and a great communicator with both clients and staff.

We are an enthusiastic, competent, and passionate team with dedicated and highly skilled support staff, including multiple experienced RVTs and seasoned veterinary assistants with broad training and background in general practice, emergency, and surgery. Our management style is based on being intentional and synergetic with all teammates. Our mission is to provide great veterinary care by having a strong supportive foundation for our staff and having an inclusive culture that promotes growth and positivity. Our team is a diverse group of hard-working individuals of all skill levels. Between our RVTs, veterinary assistants, and experienced CSRs, our team boasts 50+ years of combined experience.

Our well equipped standalone hospital has up-to-date modern equipment and ample parking. We are located in the beautiful city of Pacifica, CA just walking distance to the Pacific Ocean and a very easy 15 minute commute from the city of San Francisco. From the doctor’s office and treatment room, there are gorgeous views of the ocean where we can watch whales and dolphins as the weather warms up. We are surrounded by wonderful natural hiking trails that offer breathtaking views of the mountain valley, nearby cities, and ocean.
*Other Things to Note:*
We have multiple openings available. Retention bonuses are applied annually. The most important shift coverages for us at this time are Mondays (8A-7P) and Saturdays (8A - 5P). We are a young business, looking to expand and grow as we meet the needs of our local community. Our senior veterinarians are happy to serve you as a new grad if you are looking for mentorship. For more experienced veterinarians, leadership and management opportunities are likely to become available for additional compensation.
