Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams in developing TeamViewer Frontline. Work closely together with other R&D leaders and contribute to department-wide initiatives. The position provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.

Lead a full-stack agile team with focus on building solutions for Remote Assistance application and be accountable for delivering the roadmap
Be responsible for the quality of the code team delivers as well as their overall effectiveness
Utilize your strong technical background to inspire and guide the team, and ensure that their solutions can be used by other teams in an easy and flexible manner
Provide guidance to the team to foster an agile mindset focusing on delivering software meeting the highest quality in terms of stability, performance, and security
Enable open feedback and communication culture within the team
Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members to help them reach their full potential
Own a technical leadership role that can guide engineers in their daily tasks and build an abstraction layer for the management to communicate accordingly on a technical level

Requirements

A university or college degree in the field of information technology or a related subject
2+ years in a leadership role in an agile environment
5+ years in Software Development in at least one high-level language (C++, C#, JavaScript advantageous)
Good knowledge of clean code, design patterns for object-orientated programming, scalable distributed systems, security and network communication.
Structured and analytical working methods and a good team spirit
Good English skills (both spoken and written) are a must. Further languages such as German are a plus
