*What You’ll Do Here:*
As a Full-Time Staff Physical Therapist, you will:
* Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
* Manage cases throughout the continuum of care
* Oversee multiple PTAs in the outpatient facility
*What You Need to Bring*
* Valid Virginia State Physical Therapy Licensure _(or eligibility) _
* *All experience levels welcome*
* Comfort supervising PTAs in an outpatient setting
* Interest in orthopedic and manual therapy
* Open to new graduates
* Not open to international sponsorship
* Ideal candidates enjoy orthopedic and manual Physical Therapy and value meaningful, consistent patient relationships.
* Preferred Background/Skills: Orthopedic / Manual Physical Therapy, Dry NeedlingMentorship is available, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
*Schedule Designed for Balance:*
Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00 am to 1:20pm
_*No on-call expectations*_

* *Salary: $85,000 to $92,000 per year*
* *Signing Bonus: $6,000 total*
