*Early Bird Therapy* is seeking a passionate and dedicated *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* or *Clinical Fellow (CF)* to join our collaborative, child-centered team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, family-based, therapy services in the home for children under 3!
We provide structured mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
* Collaborating with families, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover and progress
* Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards
* Participating in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities
*Qualifications*
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
· Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
· Experience working with pediatric populations across a variety of settings
· Strong ability to engage and motivate children through creative, play-based approaches
· Excellent time management, organization, and documentation skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
· Experience with feeding therapy is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
