Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives. Broad application technology knowledge (e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation) and recognized expertise in two or more areas. Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change. Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions. Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups.
