TheAssociateSalesforceBusiness Analystrole at Jack Links will partner withothers in the Global Salesforce Team andwithBusinessTeamsacross the enterprisetosupportexistingsolutionsandparticipatein enhancements and rollouts of new Salesforce capabilities.The roleis a blend of system support and data management, partnerassistanceandtraining, and project work. System Support & Data Management Collaborate with developers,SMEsand theGlobal SFTeamleadershipto translate business requirements into technical solutions. Track, document, and follow up on bugs and enhancements. Light configurationas needed Contribute to process documentationfor Salesforce systems andintegrations Supportdata quality throughrecurringmaintenanceactivities usingimports/exports tools like Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector,or Data Import Wizard. Develop andmaintainreports and dashboards. Assistintesting activities.Evaluate risks of system changes across regions and markets. Maintain sandbox environments. Otherduties as assigned
Partner Support & Requirements Gathering
Working with businesspartners (SMEs, End-Users, Country Leads, IT, others), collect and analyze business needs and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews. Document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Maintain the product backlog in alignment with the SF Global Team. Provide first-level support to usersto resolve issues withaccess, data entry,navigationand related needs. Educate country SMEsand provide SME support for the teams without one. Develop andmaintaintraining materials Organize partner meetings,meetingfollow-up activities, assemble presentations,andperformother similar activities. Conduct training sessions and onboarding fornew users. Supportregional andinternational Salesforce rollouts andnew-hireonboarding.
Project Support
Under the direction of the Salesforce Global Lead, manage small projects or lead cross-functional initiatives Participate in Salesforce-related projects and system enhancements Coordinate closely with Developers,SMEsand theGlobal SFTeam Compile potentialrisks of system changes across regions and marketsto share with the Global SFTeam

BSor BADegree or equivalent work experience Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Azure DevOps 2+ years as a SalesforceAnalyst,ITBusinessAnalystor equivalent Hands?on Experience withSalesforceincluding one or more of the following:SalesforceConsumer GoodsCloud,Salesforce Service Cloud,Data Cloud,SalesforceSecurityandPermissions Management, Data Migration. Experience in Agile projectmethodologyincluding backlog management, user story &acceptance criteria, sprint planning, etc.

Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $68,000 $80,000(Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Links Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. Jack Links provides a variety of benefits to eligible Team Members, including medical, dental and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
