Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Duration: Full-Time/Permanent

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our Toronto team. This is a PM-forward hybrid role (roughly 60% Project Management / 40% Scrum) for someone who enjoys owning delivery end-to-end while applying Agile practices where they add the most value.

Important: This is not a pure Scrum Master position. You’ll be accountable for delivery, governance, and execution, working closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and the PMO across multiple initiatives. With several new projects kicking off in the year ahead, this role offers plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and deliver 5–10 projects concurrently, from kickoff through completion
• Drive project planning, timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices while maintaining strong PM discipline
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies when appropriate (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders across technology and business teams
• Identify risks early, improve processes, and support continuous improvement
• Support finance-focused initiatives including treasury, accounting, and data projects

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management with exposure to Agile/Scrum
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving initiatives
• Experience delivering finance-related projects (Treasury, Accounting, Data)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working primarily with internal teams
• Able to balance structure with adaptability in a hybrid delivery environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kyriba (strong plus)
• Exposure to AI, automation, or modern delivery tools
• Background in hybrid Agile / Waterfall environments
