Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to shipping out completed orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, sorting, and preparing items for distribution. We value individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. We provide comprehensive training and ensure all team members understand and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and maintain organization within the warehouse.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
  • Package items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, coordinating with carriers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and other inventory management tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 45 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE for specific tasks.
