Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with precision.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as needed, ensuring proper usage and care.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including shipping and receiving support.
- Comply with all safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Responsible for lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
