Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the correct products are picked efficiently and prepared for shipment, playing a crucial role in customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order sheets or RF scanner data.
- Verify picked items for accuracy against order details.
- Inspect items for any defects or damage before moving to the packing station.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the picking areas.
- Stage picked orders for consolidation and shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by tasks and company policy.
- Tasks may include moderate Lifting of products, up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse Logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability to perform manual Lifting of items.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and labels.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety procedures.
