Join our energetic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role is critical to the success of our logistics network, supporting the efficient movement of products within our state-of-the-art facility. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate various material handling equipment, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; all employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures diligently. This position involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as prolonged periods of standing and walking. We are looking for motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and communication are highly valued. - Receive inbound shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.
- Store merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking products using RF scanners.
- Pack orders efficiently and correctly, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and skillfully.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
