We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, scheduling, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing inventory management, and implementing best practices for material handling. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting training on proper lifting techniques, and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A proven track record in warehouse management and logistics is essential. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to overall company goals. We are looking for a proactive leader who can motivate their team and drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff.
- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
- Manage inventory accuracy and organization.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Knowledge of safety procedures, including PPE and lifting best practices. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
