We are looking for energetic and dedicated Picker/Packers to join our thriving warehouse facility in San Francisco, California. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our crucial **Logistics** team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. A strong commitment to **Safety** and efficiency is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse locations based on order details and scanner guidance.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Support the **Logistics** team by meeting daily picking and packing targets.
- This role involves regular **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** processes and order fulfillment.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform **Lifting** for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**, including safety vests and gloves.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is crucial.
