We are looking for an energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the correct quantity and product are selected. You will then carefully package these items, ensuring they are protected for transit. Efficiently organizing and preparing orders for shipment is crucial. This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to all company policies, and prioritize safety at all times. Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and standing for the majority of your shift will be part of your daily tasks. Familiarity with warehouse operations and a commitment to continuous improvement in logistics are beneficial. We provide comprehensive training and emphasize the importance of safety, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
