Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and pick items from warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Verify item details and quantities against orders.
- Package products securely and efficiently for transport.
- Apply appropriate labels and shipping information to packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent picking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
